Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SugarDating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use any of our services. SugarDating employs a verification process for certain member categories. Sugar daddies and sugar mamas may be required to verify their identity and income. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or verification is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension. You agree to keep your profile information current and accurate at all times.

User Conduct

Members are expected to treat one another with respect and honesty at all times. SugarDating is a community built on trust, discretion, and mutual benefit. You agree to communicate truthfully, honor the boundaries established in any arrangement, and refrain from any conduct that could harm, harass, or deceive another member.

Our safety and privacy guidelines provide additional context on expected behavior. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. SugarDating does not conduct criminal background checks and does not guarantee the conduct of any member. Always exercise caution and good judgment when communicating with or meeting other members in person.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SugarDating. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account termination without refund:

• Creating a profile using false identity, fake photos, or misleading personal information
• Soliciting, offering, or facilitating any illegal activity, including prostitution or human trafficking
• Harassing, stalking, threatening, or intimidating another member through messages or profile content
• Sending spam, promotional material, or unsolicited commercial messages through the platform
• Attempting to access another member's account or sharing your login credentials with third parties
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to collect data from the platform
• Uploading content that infringes on intellectual property rights, is defamatory, or is otherwise unlawful
• Requesting or sharing financial account details, payment card numbers, or other sensitive financial information

If you encounter any member violating these rules, please report them immediately using the in-app reporting tools or by contacting our support team through the contact page.

Intellectual Property

All content on SugarDating, including the logo, brand name, page designs, graphics, text, and software, is the property of SugarDating or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.

Content you post to your profile, including photos and written descriptions, remains your property. By uploading content, you grant SugarDating a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating and promoting our services. You confirm that you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

Limitation of Liability

SugarDating is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SugarDating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or your interactions with other members.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile and associated content will be removed from the platform within a reasonable period. SugarDating reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, poses a risk to the community, or is reported for prohibited activities.

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these terms cease immediately. SugarDating is not obligated to provide a refund for any unused portion of a paid membership if your account is terminated due to a violation of these terms. Disputes

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of SugarDating shall first be addressed through good-faith communication with our support team. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You and SugarDating agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation before initiating formal proceedings. This approach ensures that issues are handled efficiently and fairly for all parties involved.
